Dear Parent,
In an effort to conserve, we will be changing the times that we send home newsletters this year. Beginning this month, you will receive a school newsletter on the first Monday of each month. Your child’s teacher will send home a newsletter on the third Monday of each month. We will continue to send information to you through the agenda, phone calls, and paper notices as needed. Thank you for your understanding as we try to be responsible with what we have.
You will be receiving a letter about a new policy for our cafeteria. Beginning Sept. 9, students will no longer be able to charge lunch. Please read this letter carefully so that you are aware of the new procedures. If you are completing an application for free/reduced lunch and have not returned it yet, it is vital that you do so immediately. Otherwise, you will be charged for your child’s lunches. Please let me know if you have any questions.
I hope you are planning to be here on Thursday night for our first PTO meeting for this school year. We will have a spaghetti supper beginning at 5:00. Following supper, we will have a brief business meeting in the gym and then you’ll be able to visit your child’s classroom. Please join us for a delicious supper and time together in the classrooms.

En un esfuerzo por conservar, cambiaremos el tiempo en que mandaremos el periódico escolar este año. Comenzando este mes, usted recibirá el periódico escolar el primer lunes de cada mes. La maestra de su niño enviara sus noticias del salón de clase el tercer lunes de cada mes. Continuaremos mandando información a través de la agenda, llamadas telefónicas, papeles con noticias como se necesite. Gracias por su entendimiento mientras tratamos de ser responsables con lo que tenemos.
Usted recibirá una carta con la nueva política de la cafetería. A partir del 9 de Sept., los alumnos no podrán deber el lunch. Por favor lea esta carta cuidadosamente para que sepa de los nuevos procedimientos. Si esta llenando una solicitud para lunch gratis/reducido y aun no regresa la solicitud, este vital que lo haga de inmediato. De otra manera, se le estará cobrando cada lunch. Por favor haga saber si tiene alguna pregunta.
Espero este planeando venir el jueves a nuestra primer PTO de este año escolar. Tendremos una cena con spaghetti a las 5:00. Después de la cena, tendremos una breve junta en el gimnasio y después podrá visitar el salón de sus niños. Por favor venga con nosotros a disfrutar de una deliciosa cena y visite el salón de clase.
