CITY RESIDENTS ONLY PRE_K for 2013-14: Parents may sign up for the Pre-K Lottery from Monday, January 22, 2013- February 22, 2013, at Wood’s Mill Registration Center. Parents will be notified by March 29, 2013, if their child has been selected.
· Current Pre-K Students: Please enroll your child for kindergarten at Wood’s Mill Academy from January 22- February 22, 2013, in order to participate in school choice.
· CITY RESIDENTS ONLY Kindergarten for 2013-2014: Enroll at Wood’s Mill Academy from January 22- February 22, 2013. Families living with relatives must present a notarized letter confirming the residence and complete a residency affidavit. Please bring the following documentation required for registration: birth certificate, immunization on GA Form 3231, Ear, Eye and Dental Screening on GA Form 3300, Social Security Card (if you have one), lease agreement or a recent utility bill (gas, water, electric, cable or dish only – no phone bills, insurance bills, doctor’s bills, etc. accepted). Bills must be in the parent’s name.
· NON-CITY RESIDENTS STUDENTS newly enrolling for grades K-5 will enroll from March 4-15, 2013. A non-resident application will be submitted at time of enrollment. Parents will be notified of confirmation of acceptance on or before March 29, 2013. Please bring the following documentation when notified of acceptance for the registration process: birth certificate, immunization on GA Form 3231, Ear, Eye and Dental Screening on GA Form 3300, Social Security Card (if you have one), lease agreement or a recent utility bill (gas, water, electric, cable or dish only – no phone bills, insurance bills, doctor’s bills, etc. accepted) in the parent’s name.
