UPDATED- 8-15-08

 Dear Parents,

We ask that you please be sure to fill out the Free & Reduced Meal Applications for your children.

These forms should be sent back to the school and turned into the Cafeteria Manager as soon as possible.

In addition once you have completed this form and turned it into the school, it may take several days for your

children to be approved and entered into our system. During those days, your child maybe charged for lunch

if they were not in our system last year. Please be patient as we try to update our records for this year.

Thank You,

Tiffany Lommel, RD,LD Director
